Hitler will put out maybe a tank division or two and a few infantry divisions since the fascists get the bulk of the equipment stockpiles but, they're green and not too tough. Hold the line with your volunteer divisions, microing into empty provinces, and sweep north with your 12 Infantry divisions mostly unopposed. I'll grab the infantry military advisor and then encircle them ASAP, even using a unit or two to pin them down. I've found it to be relatively simple in my few goes simply because the 12 full infantry divisions the fascists get have had a tendency to all pop in northern Bavaria in one stack right on the border. (Keep infantry) Make all your aircraft into huge airwings in western Germany, leaving none in storage, since then you keep half otherwise the Fascists get the lion's share of stockpiled equipment. I've always just taken the Oppose Hitler focus first whilst deleting all my motorized, tank, cavalry divisions.
